The Buffalo Bills defeated the New England Patriots on Sunday to become the first team to do so in two consecutive NFL seasons in the last 15 years.
Another club that had managed to defeat those led by Bill Belichick at Foxborough were the Indianapolis Colts, who came out with their heads high on the Patriots’ court in 2005 and 2006, according to information from ESPN Stats & Info.
The Bills’ award was 33-21.
Plus, the Bills are the first to win double-digit leads over the Patriots in two straight seasons from 1995-96. The New York State squad emulated the Denver Broncos.
