Algeria and Qatar sign two MoUs and an agreement on judicial cooperation

Doha: On Sunday in the Amiri Diwan, HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and HE Abdelmadjid Tebboune, President of Algeria, signed an agreement, two memorandums of understanding, and an executive programme between the two nations.

The Amir and the Algerian President observed the signing of an agreement between the two countries on legal and judicial cooperation in criminal matters.

On the other hand, they signed a memorandum of understanding on the formation of political consultations and coordination between their governments’ foreign ministries and an agreement on social development.

The Amir and the Algerian President also observed the signing of the second executive programme of the educational and scientific cooperation agreement between the two nations for the academic years (2022-2025).

The Personal Representative of HH the Amir, HH Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani, as well as a number of Their Excellencies the Ministers, were present at the signing event. Members of the official delegation of the President of Algeria were also present.
