Controlling Apple HomeKit Cameras

Apple provides the HomeKit application on its mobile phones to allow users to control and control Apple smart home devices.

While Apple does not make its own smart home devices, it does allow other manufacturers to make devices that are compatible with it.

Therefore, HomeKit-compatible devices are considered official Apple devices that you can use within Apple’s integrated ecosystem.

And you can control all of these devices through the Home app found on all iPhone and iPad phones.

Control smart cameras connected to the Apple HomeKit system

You can connect a range of HomeKit security cameras to your phone, and then control them all via the app.

And you can do a lot of things through the menu of the home application, and you can access the cameras by following these steps:

Head to the Home app on your phone, and then tap the Home sign at the top of the app.

And when you see a list of rooms connected to the application, you can choose the room you want and click on it from the list.

And then you see a set of thumbnails of the cameras, where the app shows you all the cameras connected to it in that room.

You can click on the thumbnail to enter the full recording and live camera broadcast.

And you can control and go to different times throughout the day, by controlling the time bar below.

From the menu at the top, you can choose the date for which you want to view the recording.

You can also share this recording by clicking on the share button below, and then choosing the method of sharing or clicking on Save the video to record it on your phone.

You can press the delete button on the left side of the application to delete this clip.

The HomeKit app saves any scenes or clips you record for 10 continuous days, after which it automatically deletes them.

You can access the options for automatic registration or facial recognition by pressing the gear button at the top of the screen.

You then have options for automatic recording or facial recognition, and you can have the camera record automatically when movement occurs.

You can also make it record during the live broadcast or take care of the live broadcast only without any recording.

And you can control the quality of the recording directly through more options in front of you in the application.
