Customs in Qatar seizes illegal narcotics during an inspection

A drug-smuggling attempt was foiled by the Customs Air Cargo and Private Airports Department in Doha.

“Shabo” crystals (illegal Methamphetamine crystals) which weighed 569 grammes were found stashed inside a package of papers. The authorities have issued repeated cautions against bringing in banned narcotics.
