Disney + and Netflix at the weekend: a new Marvel hit and more for the movie night

Netflix and Disney + have a couple of tidbits in their weekend program that we don’t want to withhold from you: a hyped series continues, a Marvel movie appears on a streaming service and another excellent film could sweeten your movie night.

Arcane on Netflix

The new fantasy series Arcane was on November 8th # 1 on the Netflix charts in 38 countries. Arcane tells the story of some characters from the Moba League of Legends, but you don’t need any prior knowledge. Actually, it is completely irrelevant whether you know or like LoL – because Arcane stands for itself, with its fantastic animations and the dark story.

Arcane focuses on two sisters: one comes from the wealthy city of Piltover, while the other tries to survive in the ghetto fence. However, when war breaks out between the two cities and a magical technology takes center stage, the two’s family ties are put to the test.

The first three episodes of Arcane have been online for a week; the next three episodes will follow on November 13th.

Start streaming the first six episodes of Arcane on Netflix starting today.
