Dukhan Bank introduces Corporate Digital Banking via mobile app and web

Doha: Dukhan Bank has unveiled its corporate digital banking offerings via mobile application and web. This is part of a range of tailored services to meet the needs of businesses.

In order to meet the needs of corporate administrators, this platform offers various features such as managing users, handling multiple levels of approvals, viewing account statements, transferring funds from own personal accounts, and transferring funds to third parties across the country and overseas with seamless transition between web and mobile applications.

Further, users can make utility bill payments for Vodafone, Ooredoo, and Kahramaa through one login, conduct batch transfers, and upload bulk files.

Transaction workflows can be protected with up to nine levels of authorisation to accommodate the most complex corporate mandate requirements. There are two types of authentication: static and dynamic passwords, as well as biometric authentication, such as fingerprints and facial recognition.

“Our latest innovation brings our corporate customers an exclusively tailored mobile application and website with a view to offer seamless services and convenience for our corporate banking customers. Customers can now perform a range of transactions through the application without the need to visit the bank, thus allowing fast, easy, secure and accessible services with the click of a few buttons. The Dukhan Bank remains one of the leading digitally-driven banks with an unmatched range of online products and services,” Dukhan Bank commented on the launch of the Corporate Banking Digital platform

Dukhan Bank’s mobile application launch reflects its commitment to digitalization. Qatar’s first brokerage service to be integrated with a banking application was launched by the bank recently. These enhancements come along with a series of improvements to the retail mobile banking application, including access to Time Deposit, Wealth Management Accounts, and Foreign Currency Accounts.

In addition, Dukhan Bank also launched Dukhan Pay (D-Pay), its contactless payment platform. Through the D-Pay platform, it made wearable bracelets that could be used to make contactless payments via Fitbit and Garmin devices. Android and iOS platforms are supported by the Dukhan Bank corporate mobile application.
