Doha: To address the violations by expatriates, the Ministry of Interior announced that it has set a time period. Starting from today until December 31, expatriates can address their violations.
According to the Ministry of Interior, each violating resident must submit a reconciliation request within the specified periods at the following service centres: Umm Salal, Umm Sunaim (Industrial Area), Mesaimeer, Al Wakrah, and Al Rayyan. A person who applies may be eligible for an exemption from or a reduction in the reconciliation amount, depending on the law.
All targeted categories are invited to visit the mentioned centres from October 10 to December 31 during the period from 1 pm to 6 pm for all unlawfully residing expatriates, as well as all unlawfully residing expatriates who violated the visa rules.
