Far Cry 6: Crocodile Tears – Treasure Hunt Solution (Surf & Turf Location)

In Far Cry 6’s “Crocodile Tears” treasure hunt, you should find a way to open Luis’ hiding place and at the end of the day you can unlock the unique “Surf & Turf” rifle. In our walkthrough and video we show you the solution to this treasure hunt.

You can start the “crocodile tears” treasure hunt at the Ortega crocodile farm on the small island in the bay of Cayo Ardiente in Aguas Lindas (Madrugada). Read the note on the house counter here to begin the treasure hunt.

Open Luis’ hideout and get Surf & Turf

Be particularly careful on this treasure hunt, as aggressive crocodiles lurk all over the farm. After reading the note, go up the stairs on the left and watch out for the house with the corpse in front of it a few meters further to the right.

A trail of blood leads from the corpse into the house. Draw out your gun, because the strong one is waiting in the house Crocodile “Beatriz” on you. Kill the reptile in order to prey Keys to Luis’ room to obtain.

Now you just have to go to Luis’ hiding place in the house north in the search area. It is elevated and you can only reach it with your climbing hook by swinging over from the transition on the other side.

Once you’ve done that, you can use the key to open the door to the hiding place and open the treasure chest inside to end the treasure hunt. As a reward you will receive the unique “Surf & Turf” rifle. This has an extended magazine, armor-piercing ammunition and a precise medium-range sight.
