Far Cry 6: Find Maceo Keys & Box of Monedas

In the special mission “Maceo” from Far Cry 6 you can find a secret hiding place with Monedas. To open the box, however, you need a key. At this point we show you the locations of the key and the hiding place in Maceo.

As in the Cocodrilo special mission, you can also open a box of Monedas on the map of Maceo. To do this, you first have to collect the key at the Omaja air base and then you can find the secret hiding place with the box at the destroyed market square under the water tower in the north. Shortly after entering the area from the Omaja air base in the west via the gate on the main road, you can see a container building with a green roof to the right of the path. Enter it and then look directly to the left between the bunk beds at the shelf. Here you can find the key to a soldier’s hiding place.

You shouldn’t run straight to the box with the key, because you will lose a life if you move too far from the air base. You will then respawn right next to your mission target. So first grab the PG-240X from the air base before you go looking for the box.

Now keep to the north for the location of the hiding place with the box. Here you will first pass the train wreck on the right and then further north you can see the blue water tower at the destroyed market square. There is a market hall underneath. Immediately after entering you will see the box to the left of the entrance.
