The Phoenix Suns placed center JaVale McGee on the health protocol list for COVID-19 and the player will be out for several days.
McGee has been revealed as an aid to the team’s inner game but he will have to get out of the action. In addition to him, the NBA squad has Deandre Ayton and Jae Crowder out of close contact with the disease, Central Arizona reported.
Coach Monty Williams and Abdel Nader, who also has knee discomfort, are out for the coronavirus protocol.
The Suns play this Friday, December 31, against the Celtics in the beginning of a 3-game road trip.
