Kahramaa inaugurated Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) super substation

Doha: Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) super substation has been inaugurated by the Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa). The station’s inauguration comes under Kahramaa’s plan to meet the growing needs of electricity in the country and develop the nation’s electric network.

200MVA is the capacity of the newly inaugurated station. As a 66/220/11KV station, it provides the electrical energy needed to cover the project needs at a cost of QR155m, including implementation and related projects. In cooperation with Hamad Medical Corporation and Public Works Authority (Ashghal), Kahramaa continues implementing projects.
