Qatar Meteorology Department issues a marine warning starting from tomorrow 

Doha: From tomorrow till Tuesday, October 5, the Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) has issued a marine warning. During this time, thundery rain, strong winds, and high waves are all possible.

“It is expected that a marine warning with thunder rain accompanied by strong winds with high waves will start from tomorrow Monday until Tuesday 5/10/2021 and the wind will be mainly Northeasterly light to moderate gusting to 25 KT with thunder rain and the wave will rise to 7 Ft,” Qatar Meteorology Department stated. 

In the same tweet, QMD posted a weather radar video of Tropical Cyclone Shaheen as it unleashed heavy rains and strong winds on Sunday morning in Muscat and the South of Al Batan.
