Ministry of Public Health updates on travel and return policies to the State of Qatar

Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) on its social media account updated on travel and return policies to the State of Qatar.
The ministry has announced the following updates regarding the travel and return policy for COVID-19, effective midday on Monday, August 2, 2021.
It clarifies the update of procedures for travellers coming from Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, as follows:
1- Travellers who have been vaccinated or recovered from COVID-19 in the State of Qatar, coming from one of these countries, are subject to a hotel quarantine for a period of two days.
The quarantine period will end after obtaining a negative PCR test result on the second day.
2- All other travellers coming from these countries are subject to hotel quarantine for a period of 10 days.
