Update 2.12 makes improvements and balance adjustments
“Ghost of Tsushima Legends” got a new update. This introduces a few improvements and adjusts the balance. We have listed the most important changes in this article.
The new update for “Ghost of Tsushima” is fully dedicated to the “Legends” mode, which has been available as a standalone title since August 3rd of this year. Here you can tackle various missions on the island of Tsushima together with your friends.
The changes in the overview
With update 2.12. some adjustments are made in the game modes “Survival” and “Rivals”:
- In the “Survival” and “Rival” modes, the enemy spawn points are now selected randomly and change with each new match.
- However, Nightmare Survival will maintain a fixed spawn pattern for the entire week to create an even base for the leaderboards.
- There is now a fixed spawn location for Gyozen’s Scroll and Oni Chest each week in Nightmare Story.
- Fixed a bug in Survival and Rivals where waves would occasionally stop spawning after killing all enemies.
- Fixed a bug that sometimes prevented enemies from attacking.
- The ability to fill empty slots with matchmakes has been added to Nightmare Survival and Nightmare Story. (Currently being tested)
- The “View Details” screen in the lobby has been adjusted to show both perks for equipped equipment.
The development team has revised the four different classes to achieve a more even balance. For example, the assassin can now perform faster and quieter stealth attacks. The cooldown time was reduced / increased after multiple attacks. Some objects were also tinkered with.
