As of Saturday, Ooredoo has been recognized as a Best Place to Work in Qatar for 2021.
International certification programme Best Places to Work is considered to be the ‘Platinum Standard’ in discovering and recognising excellent workplaces around the globe. With this programme, employers can discover more about their employees’ engagement and commitment, as well as recognise and reward those companies which create an exceptional workplace environment with the highest standards of working conditions.

For this certification, the company relied on employee feedback, as well as an independent and rigorous review of its Human Resources (HR) policies and practices. The survey focused on employee satisfaction in relation to a number of factors including workplace culture as well as opportunities for growth and people practises.
