Psychological horror now available for PlayStation 5
With a little delay, the “PT” inspired horror title has now also been released for the PlayStation 5. In addition to optimized technology, the improvements also include support for the DualSense controller.
A little more than a year ago, the horror title “Visage”, which thematically and playfully quite obviously based on Hideo Kojima’s “PT”, was published for the PlayStation 4.
After it was pointed out at the end of 2020 that an implementation for the PlayStation 5 was also in development, “Visage” is now officially available for Sony’s new generation console. On the one hand, “Visage” received various technical improvements on the PS5, such as a display in 4K or 60 frames per second. In addition, there is support from the DualSense controller on board, which, according to official information, will create an even more dense horror atmosphere with its haptic feedback.
Horror in an empty mansion
In “Visage” you slip into the role of the protagonist Dwayne. This is described by the developers as a mysterious contemporary who was haunted by ghosts in the past and goes in search of his past in an empty mansion.

“You play inside a big house where terrible things have happened. You wander through dark corridors, examine every empty room and lose yourself in endless labyrinths. Your head will be filled with memories of the deceased families who used to live here. This twisted environment, in which you are the only living thing, brings you to places that are beyond your imagination, ”the makers continue.
