Qatar Customs stops a smuggling attempt to bring hashish into the country
Doha: A smuggling attempt to hide hashish in a truck engine was foiled by the General Authority of Customs’ Maritime Customs Department in Qatar.

Hashish weighing 4.05 kilograms was found in a truck carrying vegetables. Several warnings are being issued by the authorities to keep illegal substances out of the country.
Customs officers are provided with all necessary support, including the latest devices and continuous training to understand passengers’ body language and be aware of smugglers’ tactics.
