Qatar now offers over-the-counter access to tickets for the FIFA Arab Cup 2021

Doha: At the Doha Exhibition Center (DEC), the FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre (FVTC) is selling the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021 tickets directly over the counter. This is located at the Al Qassar metro station, which is easily accessible.

Dedicated service centers offer mobile ticket support and issue resolution, as well as Hay’ya Cards (Fan IDs).

Tickets in the current last-minute sales phase, which runs until the end of the tournament, will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and will be confirmed as soon as payment has been received. Ticket sales are still ongoing for all 32 matches, including the curtain-raiser on November 30 at Al Bayt (Qatar vs. Bahrain) and the last match on 18 December, Qatar National Day.

โ€œI personally believe Al Bayt Stadium is one of the most beautiful stadiums Iโ€™ve seen in my whole life. You can feel and see how Arab culture is applied to a modern football stadium,โ€ said Falk Eller, FIFA’s Director of Ticketing & Hospitality. โ€œThe innovation we bring to Qatar is mobile tickets.

We will invite fans to receive and manage their tickets on their mobile phone, using a FIFA-provided app, to then subsequently access stadiums or share tickets with their friends.โ€

All matches in category 4 (Qatar residents only) are priced at QR 25 except for semi-finals and finals, which are priced at QR 45 and 60 respectively. The FIFA.com/tickets website provides a detailed overview of the sales phases and ticket prices.

If fans already purchased their tickets on FIFA.com/tickets, they do not need to pick them up from the FVTC. They will be able to access their tickets through the FIFA Arab Cup 2021 mobile ticketing application. Ticket purchases for the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021 will be processed by Visa, FIFA’s Official Payment Services Partner. Ticket purchases will not be accepted in cash.

Operational times for FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre (FVTC) and Hay’ya Card Service Centre are:

Until 17 December: Sat-Thu: 10:00-22:00 / Fri: 14:00-22:00
18 December: 10:00-18:00

Fans attending the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021 will need the Hay’ya Card (Fan ID), which is a smart-technology identification card designed to provide the ultimate experience to all ticket holders. Together with a valid ticket purchased through FIFA.com/tickets, it will serve as an identification card and provide access to tournament stadiums.

A certificate of entry will be made available to fans from abroad after they have successfully applied for a Hay’ya Card. The certificate must be printed before entering Qatar.

December 25 is the expiration date for the entry permit certificate. A number of benefits and services will also be provided by the Hay’ya Card, including those related to transport, tourism, and other areas. Once the match tickets have been paid for and the application number has been received by email, fans can apply for their Hay’ya Card. Hay’ya Card applications can be submitted online through FAC21.qa
