Doha: HE Paul Kagame, President of the Republic of Rwanda, arrived in Doha on a working visit to the country on Sunday morning.
HE Francois Nkulikiyimfura, the Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda to the State of Qatar and HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi welcomed HE the President and the accompanying delegation upon their arrival at Doha International Airport.
