Talabat Qatar signs a Memorandum of Understanding with CNA-Q

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was struck between College of the North Atlantic-Qatar (CNA-Q) and Talabat, the region’s largest online food ordering service. College of the North Atlantic – Qatar President Dr Salem Al-Naemi, Associate Vice President Student Affairs Dr Aljazzi Fetais, and Talabat Qatar Managing Director Francisco Miguel de Sousa attended the signing event.

The Memorandum of Understanding offers a framework for exploring internship and job possibilities for the College’s students and graduates. Additionally, Talabat will assist the College’s pre-incubation centre “Business Gateway” as well as offer special incentives for College affiliates and community members as part of the expanded scope of sponsorship.

“The agreement comes in line with CNA-Q’s plan to offer its students new opportunities to connect, learn and grow. As an applied College, we constantly seek to establish partnerships that will benefit our community and support our vibrant and dynamic culture on Campus. A fundamental part of our educational approach is to give our young individuals the chance to join clubs, sports teams and participate in many activities that build their leadership and communication skills. Talabat is a creative and dynamic company that will give our students and young entrepreneurs a chance to bring their inventiveness to the surface, gain real-world experience and operate in a creative manner.” said Dr Aljazzi Fetais commenting on the event

“We’re excited to partner with College of the North Atlantic – Qatar by offering graduating students internship opportunities with Talabat. As a brand, we welcome the chance to support the younger generation by allowing them to engage in a number of projects and initiatives that will help them in their career journey. I am passionate about enabling students to experience first-hand our focus on delivering for our customers while creating positive outcomes for our communities.  I’d like to thank the University for trusting us with this partnership and we’re looking forward to getting to know the students and have them work alongside our teams, and share what it’s like to be a part of Talabat.” said Francisco Miguel de Sousa, Managing Director at Talabat Qatar.
