The Qatar Meteorology Department issues marine warning
The Qatar meteorology department issued a marine warning until the middle of this week.
The weather charts published by the meteorology department report a strong northwesterly wind for the next two days.
Wind speeds are expected to range between 14kt and 24kt with 30 kt gusts in some places.
The horizontal divisibility could decrease as low as 3 km especially in open areas. The meteorology department advised everyone to take necessary precautions.
The statement also stated that the mild weather condition would continue throughout the day. These days, the weather will be cold in some areas by evening.
