This year’s Qatar International Boat Show takes place from November 16-20
This year’s 8th Qatar International Boat Show will be held at Porto Arabia, The Pearl – Qatar, from November 16-20. The news was announced yesterday by Khaled Issa Al Mannai, Chairman of Al Mannai Plus Events.
Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Al Mannai praised the efforts made by the authorities in the country to combat the pandemic. According to him, participants and visitors should, however, take appropriate safety measures at the event site in accordance with the Ministry of Public Health.
In addition to the strategic partners United Development Company (UDC) and Qatar Airways, he thanked the silver sponsors Ronautica Middle East, Investment House, and the Qatar Free Zones Authority (QFZ) for their generous support.
As noted by Al Mannai, the show would provide a platform for yacht and boat manufacturers, marine service providers, as well as local merchants, suppliers, and buyers. The Qatar International Boat Show is an opportunity for local and regional manufacturers and dealers to show off their products.
The Chairman of the Qatar International Boat Show, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Jassim Al Thani, thanked all sponsors and partners for their contributions. “The show has become an important platform with passion for developing the marine industry in the State of Qatar,” he added.
Aside from Hussein Akbar Al Baker, other speakers included Adel Bumatar Al Mohannadi, Hamad Al Mohannadi, Jihad Mahdoul, Acting CEO of Investment House, and Ahmed Al Subaie, CEO of Elite Motors.
“We are pleased to host the 8th edition of the Qatar International Boat Show for the fourth year in a row.” Al Baker noted the strategic location of Pearl Qatar as well as the local leadership in boat and marina services, saying that this session would shed light on the activities of boats and yachts in Qatar.
