VIDEO: Girl and her parents are shot and collide with a building
A little girl and her parents survived a collision and shooting in West Garfield Park where a vehicle crashed into a building in Chicago.
Surveillance video captured before 1 pm (local time) showed that the crash occurred on Chicago and Kedzie avenues.

CBS 2’s Steven Graves reported that the workers of a Popeye’s nearby were those who called 911.
A black car in which the occupants were shot first collided with another vehicle and then narrowly passed other units in a drive lane before colliding with a nearby building.
Soon after, a woman is seen pulling out a little girl as well as a limping man.
Police said someone shot the man and woman in the car moments before the crash in the shooting that occurred in the 100 block of North Kedzie Avenue in East Garfield Park, near the Green Line stop of the Chicago Transit Authority on Kedzie Avenue.
The man was shot in the leg and the woman in the arm. Both victims were taken to the Hospital Coo County Strogerk in serious condition, although they are expected to survive thanks to the help of Popeye’s workers.
The motives for the attack are still under investigation.
