Two Genesis cars, QAR 300,000 in cash, 10 PlayStation 5 prizes, and 27 gift cards were handed out to 56 lucky winners at Doha Festival City during the first of Shop Qatar 2021’s four digital raffle draws on Friday.
This year’s raffle draws will be done digitally for the first time, in compliance with standards issued by the Ministry of Public Health. Customers who want to enter the raffle must use WhatsApp to send in their contact information and a copy of their store receipt. The winners are chosen at random using a computerised system.

You may enter the following three raffle draws by buying or dining at any of the festival’s 15 retail partners. You get one raffle entry for every QAR200 you spend at one of the partnering stores or eateries. The Shop Qatar Raffle Draw will be conducted at Hyatt Plaza mall on Friday, September 24th at 8:00 p.m.
Enter the raffle draws in 4 easy steps
1. Register by messaging ‘Hi’ to +974 4499 7499 on WhatsApp or by scanning the Shop Qatar QR code located throughout participating malls.
2. Enter your details in the chat to create a customer profile
3. Message ‘Win’ to participate in the raffle draw
4. Once prompted by the virtual assistant, upload image of the receipt(s)
Retail partners for Shop Qatar 2021 include: Al Khor Mall, City Center Mall, Doha Festival City, Ezdan Mall Al Gharrafa, Ezdan Mall Al Wakrah, Galleria Mall, Gulf Mall, Hyatt Plaza, Lagoona Mall, Landmark Mall, Mall of Qatar, The Gate Mall, Villaggio Mall, The Pearl, and Qatar Duty Free at Hamad International Airport.
There will also be a variety of fashion and entertainment activities during Shop Qatar 2021, such as fashion shows, makeup masterclasses, concerts, and seminars. Bassam Fattouh, a well-known Lebanese Makeup Artist, will lead the festival’s inaugural makeup workshop on Tuesday, September 21 from 6 to 9 PM at Park Hyatt. Tickets for the workshop cost 750 Qatari riyals and could be obtained through the Virgin Megastore. Attendees must be vaccinated.
