Xiaomi: New Android phone is so good that it is copied right away

Xiaomi recently unveiled three new Android smartphones that have generated enthusiasm around the world. The new models are so good that Xiaomi has copied the phone itself and relaunched it under a new name and slightly different design.

Poco M4 Pro is said to be the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11

Poco and Xiaomi actually went their separate ways some time ago. Poco used to be the “cheaper” brand of the Chinese group and has caused quite a stir with some smartphones. But the two companies are probably not that independent after all, because the new Poco M4 Pro should just be a Xiaomi Redmi Note 11. We received the first information from Vietnam to prove this (source: ThePixel).

You can tell at first glance that the camera has been taken over. Even the position is the same. The case is just as rounded and only the huge Poco logo is different. Even the technical data are identical. A 6.6-inch display with 90 Hz is also installed here. The same MediaTek Dimensity 810 is used. The 5,000 mAh battery is also charged here with 33 watts.

Poco’s approach is absolutely not reprehensible. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 is a great Android smartphone for the price. But pretending to be completely independent and then simply giving Xiaomi phones a different back is a bit strange. That Poco smartphone could be even cheaper than the Xiaomi model. For us customers this is of course good news if the cell phones find their way to Germany.

in the Video you can see the new Xiaomi phone in a very special version:

Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro + is even more interesting

With the Redmi Note 11 Pro +, Xiaomi has unveiled an even better smartphone. This has been visually significantly redesigned and has the 108 MP camera and 120 watt charging function of the top model Xiaomi 11T Pro on board. It is quite possible that Poco will also copy this version and bring it onto the market.
