Criteria for Qualification
The following prerequisites must be satisfied in order to be eligible for the Stanbic IBTC Graduate Trainee Program:
- A recognized institution’s minimum requirement for applicants is a Second-Class Upper degree in any field.
- SSCE, GCE, or NECO minimum of five points, including five in math and five in English.
- A completed NYSC and a copy of the release certificate are requirements for applicants.
- It is necessary to give the applicant’s date of birth, gender, and degree class in full.
- Excellent communication abilities both in writing and speaking
- Dynamism and aggressiveness
- Integrity and sincerity
- Devoted to serving others
