UFC has told TJ Dillashaw he’s the next title contender

[ad_1]

TJ Dillashaw he will be the next contender for the 135-pound world title, he has been told UFC. This is interesting, as well as because the former champion has the opportunity to regain the belt, because we remember that in UFC 267 they are going to face Petr Yan and Cory Sandhagen for the interim championship, while the champion, Aljamain Sterling, is recovering from his last injury. The winner of said fight should also be the new challenger.

TJ Dillashaw, next contender for the 135-pound title

For now this was commented by TJ Dillashaw recently to The MMA Hour also saying that he is open to fighting with Jose Aldo if they offer him combat.

«From what I have been told, Now I’ll fight for the belt, no matter what that belt is. So that’s where my thinking is right now. But shit, it’s JosĂ© Aldo. JosĂ© Aldo, for me, is a legend of all time. So it’s hard to think about not taking (that) fight if it is offered to you. But the next thing they’ve told me is I’m fighting for the belt”.

Let us also remember that on July 24 TJ Dillashaw defeated Cory Sandhagen in their comeback fight after two years and that he would most certainly be fighting for the interim title had he not had to undergo surgery.
