Remember that not long ago he was criticized by Jorge Masvidal, who is he going to fight in UFC 269, and Gilbert Burns, who even called him a fucking coward. He’s an ugly bastard, that’s what I say (to Burns). Everything he posts on social media is bullshit. You put his name in and ‘I’ll fight anyone’, but he really won’t. He’s doing it just to keep his name relevant.

I’m the only one taking all these risks. Khamzat [Chimaev], Masvidal, [Nate] Diaz, I’m the only one fighting and taking all these lower ranked dudes. What the hell is going on?

“Like I said, it is what it is. I keep doing my thing. I keep making my moves, I keep making money and eventually I’ll be a world champion.

“It is a crazy world. The world of MMA is crazy. I have realized that these people are crazy. I can’t sit back and listen to them. I keep doing my thing and stay focused on the task at hand. You can’t pay too much attention to it. It will drive you crazy.

“Some of the things I see on social media are like what’s going on? Everybody is tweeting and talking shit, but I’m the only one making moves. I am the only one who is putting everything on the line. I’ve earned a title shot, but I’m taking a step back, fighting the No. 6 in the world and then fighting for a title.. Everything is alright. Let them talk.
