At the end of the trilogy and after knocking out American Deontay Wilder, Britain’s Tyson Fury had a party with DJ Steve Aoki at a club in Las Vegas, Nevada to celebrate the first defense of the WBC heavyweight championship.
In what Aoki shared about the party on his Instagram stories and also on his Twitter account, you can see Fury’s celebration with his entire team in the locker room of the T-Mobile Arena, as well as the party that took place afterwards.
‘Gipsy King’ with his wife Paris, had fun all night and even dared to sing ‘Sweet Caroline’ in public at the Hakkasan Night Club.
The first time they fought was in December 2018. Although Deontay knocked him down twice, Fury managed to come back for the fight to end in a draw on cards of 113, 115-113 for Wilder and 114-112 for Fury.
By February 2020, Tyson controlled the fight and managed to knock him out in the seventh round to become the WBC heavyweight champion.
In this third contest that completed the trilogy and is undoubtedly among the great fights of 2021, there were five falls, two from Fury and three from Deontay. The Briton managed to finish the American in the 11th round for his first championship defense with a spectacular KO.
