Windows 11 is embarrassed: Many programs cannot be opened

Windows 11 is slowly starting to be referred to as a series of breakdowns. As it now turns out, some of the included programs cannot even be opened on some computers. Among other things, the Snipping Tool is affected.

Windows 11 continues to be installed diligently and the list of difficulties has not gotten any smaller in the last few weeks. Microsoft itself has spoken up and explained that “a problem with a digital certificate” is currently causing some programs to no longer start. Among other things, Windows’ own and new Snipping tool for taking screenshots is affected. That too Touch keyboard and emoji panel are currently refusing their service. In addition, the instructions and tips created by Microsoft for dealing with Windows 11 cannot be opened, which would certainly be helpful for some users when starting the operating system.
