The Qatari government strongly condemns the assassination attempt on Iraqi Prime Minister

Doha: The state of Qatar denounces the assassination attempt against Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al Kadhimi and strongly condemns it.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said this is a terrorist act targeting Iraq, and that anyone involved must be prosecuted and brought to justice.

Qatar reiterates its support for the unity, stability, and sovereignty of Iraq, as well as the security, stability, and development aspirations of its people.
