Doha: Six WISE Award winners for 2021 have been chosen by the World Innovation Summit for Education, an international initiative of the Qatar Foundation (QF). A total of 78 other initiatives have been recognised since the program’s inception in 2009.
Stavros N Yiannouka, CEO of WISE commented while congratulating the winners that These projects are solving critical education challenges that have been worsened by the Covid-19 epidemic. As diverse as they may be in scope, geography and reach each of these initiatives illustrates once again how creative and scalable solutions can assist global organisations and governments tackle urgent education issues.
