Jayson Tatum entered the COVID-19 protocol in the NBA

Boston Celtics star forward Jayson Tatum entered the NBA’s COVID-19 protocol on Monday, The Athletic’s Shams Charania reported.

Tatum will now have to stay off the team for at least 10 days, unless he can deliver negative PCR tests consecutively within 24 hours.

Hard blow for a Celtics team that has not been able to show consistency in the 2021-22 season.

Jayson Tatum has averages of 25.6 points, 8.6 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 41.7% from the field in 33 games played.
