Amazfit announces new fitness smartwatches
Launched Amazfit has launched three new long-lasting Activity smartwatches, the Amazfit GTR 3 Pro at $229.99, and the Amazfit GTR 3 and GTS 3, both priced at $179.99.
The company claims the GTR 3 can last up to 21 days of typical use before needing to be recharged. While the GTR 3 Pro and GTS 3 can last for about 12 days. And it lasts longer if battery saver modes are enabled.
And Amazfit is not a household name. But the company has had success as one of the best (and most prolific) smartwatch makers around the world. Which The product brand is owned by Zepp Health, formerly Huami, a public company funded by Xiaomi.
The GTR 3 Pro, GTR 3 and GTS 3 watches are all powered by Zepp OS, which works well with both iOS via Apple Health and Android via Google Fit. They can also sync your health and activity data with Strava, Runkeeper, and others.
The GTR 3 Pro is the company’s flagship new fitness watch. It includes wireless network, GPS, 2.3GB for music storage, and support for Bluetooth audio and calls.
There is a 1.45-inch round OLED touch screen with a pixel density of 331 pixels per inch. And this hour Water resistant to 50 metres.
The new BioTracker 3.0 optical sensor can measure heart rate, blood oxygen, pressure and respiratory rate in less than 45 seconds with a single tap.
The watch can also be navigated by pressing and moving the crown, by pressing another physical button next to it, or by swiping through the touch screen.
The GTR 3 Pro also features a microphone and speaker that can be used to interact with Amazon Alexa voice commands when connected to the Internet (in 15 countries and 14 languages).

Amazfit GTR 3 battery lasts for 21 days
There is also a built-in voice assistant (in English, Spanish, German and Chinese) for offline use, which can be useful for controlling the watch when your hands are occupied.
Amazfit says its watches can track more than 150 sports, with eight activities automatically recognized to help you avoid forgetting to track common activities such as running, walking, swimming and cycling.
The GTR 3 includes a 450mAh battery, but loses the wireless network, music storage, microphone, speaker and Bluetooth audio support. It also includes a smaller 1.39-inch screen.
The lightweight GTS 3 is still similar to the Apple Watch while keeping most of the features found in the GTR 3. But in a rectangular chassis with lower battery life.
The GTR 3 Pro is now available at $229.99 and the GTR 3 at $179.99 in the United States. But the GTS 3 at $179.99 is listed as available soon. The three watches are now available in the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
