Netflix highlights at the weekend: 3 new series and films that we recommend to you

What’s new on Netflix this weekend? We recommend three streaming tips for the movie night – but one of them won’t come until Monday, i.e. the post-weekend. So to speak.

Arcane

League of Legends Comes to Netflix: The famous battle arena multiplayer game brings a high-quality fantasy series into the streaming landscape and that could also interest non-LoL fans. In Arcane The tension between the wealthy Piltover district and the Zaun underground district is boiling over, fueled by the appearance of Hextech and a new drug – both of which enable normal people to develop supernatural powers.

Take a look at the trailer of the high-quality cartoon series:

In Arcane you will of course also meet a few legendary heroes from League of Legends, including Vi, Jinx, Caitlyn, Jayce, and Viktor.

Stream the first three episodes of Arcane on Netflix starting November 7th.

Narcos: Mexico – Season 3

The Narcos offshoot Narcos: Mexico goes into the third season this weekend. The series takes you to the origins of the modern drug war – in the 80s in Mexico. At the time, there were only disorganized alliances between drug manufacturers and drug dealers, but they soon came to be closer together in a cartel.

Stream the third season of Narcos: Mexico on Netflix starting November 5th.

Jumanji: The Next Level

Do you still remember Jumanji? The classic got a sequel in 2019, which is now going to Netflix. Jumanji: The Next Level is an action comedy in which a group of friends return to Jumanji to save someone. How dangerous this game of life and death really is, they find out too late. All in all, Jumanji: The Next Level is a worthy sequel to the classic.

Stream Jumanji: The Next Level on Netflix starting November 9th.

What you can still look forward to on Netflix in November 2021 is the live action series Cowboy bebop: One of the most famous anime of all time gets a – hopefully – worthy new adaptation. The first season of Cowboy Bebop hits November 19th on Netflix.
