With the Xiaomi Pad 5, the Chinese manufacturer has returned to the Android tablet market after a long absence. The debut was a success and now the price is also falling noticeably. This is the first discount after a crazy launch from Xiaomi.

The Xiaomi Pad 5 has not been on the market for long and actually costs 399 euros. The availability of the Android tablet is slowly improving and prices are falling as a result. So you just get the white one Model for only 355.99 euros (look at MediaMarkt). The 11 percent discount is deducted from the shopping cart at MediaMarkt. There are no shipping costs. The discount is only valid until November 23, 2021 or while stocks last. There is only one color available. The number of pieces should therefore be very limited.
What makes the Xiaomi Pad 5 so special?
It’s basically the whole package and time to market. The Xiaomi Pad 5 offers a relatively large amount of hardware for a relatively low price. Samsung also has some tablets on the market, but they kind of got stuck. Xiaomi brings a breath of fresh air. In the test, the Xiaomi Pad 5 impressed with its 120 Hz display, good performance, practical adjustments to the software and long battery life.
With its 11-inch display and optional pen, the Xiaomi Pad 5 is easy too a good work tool. There is still a keyboard in China. Maybe this will come to Germany one day. Then you would have a real 2-in-1 device.
