Netflix: wacky anime sequel is coming very soon
Netflix is expanding its anime range with a much sought-after successor. JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean should be released this year.
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean gets release date on Netflix
After the anime series JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure a downright hype has experienced, Netflix is now grabbing the rights for the sixth season. For the first time in the history of the series, the main role goes to a female protagonist: Jolyne Kujo, the daughter of Jotaro, the protagonist of the third season.
It has been known for a few months that the new season is coming to Netflix. But now the official release date has also been set: on December 1, 2021 Episodes 1 – 12 should appear worldwide. What’s the new season about?
Each season of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure takes place at a different time and place. This time it goes into a Florida maximum security prison of the year 2011. Protagonist Jolyne is innocently sentenced to 15 years in prison and now has to deal not only with dangerous inmates, but also with strange forces.

Even though Jolyne meets her father for the first time, you shouldn’t expect too much sentimentality. As usual, the sixth season of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure will also be a lot wacky humor, Bringing up brutal fights and bizarre situations.
Stone Ocean will tell its own story again, for which you don’t necessarily have to have seen the seasons before. Since the logic behind the “stands” and other abilities of the characters can be a bit confusing, you should check out the previous seasons still draw to heart. Above all, of course, because the series is not celebrated in anime circles for nothing.
