  • Download an app iMazing HIEC Converter and install it on your computer.
  • Open the application, then click on the file tab in the top left, then select the option to open a file.
  • Find the HIEC file and tap on it to open it in the app.
  • On the application screen choose JPEG format, then use a slider and set the quality to 100.
  • Click on the Transfer option.

  • Select the location to save the file, then press OK.
  • Once the Conversion Successful window appears, close the application and navigate to the file location, you will find that the file extension has been converted to JPEG.
