The Assistant Foreign Minister thanked Filipinos and Indians in Qatar

Doha: The Assistant Foreign Minister thanked Filipinos and Indians in the country for their help to Afghans in the nation. HE Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Foreign Affairs Spokesperson, praised the community for their kindness in separate tweets.

“Many thanks to the Philippino community in Qatar, for their generosity & solidarity with our fellow Afghans. They’ve been quietly sending their contributions. You’ve always shown that you’re an integral part of Qatar,” she wrote to the Filipinos in the country, in both English and Filipino. 

“Many thanks to the Indian community and the Embassy in Qatar, the gifts you distributed made Afghan children smile again,” she wrote in the second tweet. This tweet was written in both Hindi and Urdu.
