Devin Hester, DeMarcus Ware and Andre Johnson stand out in the pool of finalists for the Professional Football Hall of Fame.
Hester is possibly the most curious candidate of the group of 26 semifinalists on the ballot considering that she excelled on special teams and little on offense or defense. He had 19 career return touchdowns AND a punting record of 14.
Johnson played for the Houston Texans early in the franchise. He led the league in receptions in back-to-back seasons in 2008 and 2009 and eclipsed the 1,500-yard mark three times overall.
Those chosen will be announced on February 10.
