Battlefield 2042: Play with EA Play before launch
Battlefield 2042 will be released on November 19, 2021. But there is a way to play the shooter before the official launch.
EA Play subscribers on PlayStation and Xbox consoles can try a 10-hour trial of the upcoming “Battlefield 2042”. The Trial Version will be made available on November 12th, one week before the game is fully released.
PC players who have an EA Play Pro membership have another advantage: As early access they get unlimited access to the full version of “Battlefield 2042”.
Preload from November 10th
So that you don’t waste the time after the activation of “Battlefield 2042” downloading the shooter, the preload will be activated before the Early Access launch. This will happen on November 10, 2021 at 7 p.m. our time.

- Playing time: 10 hours in all modes
What happens to the saved games? Since Early Access is not a classic demo, the game status will be retained at the final launch of “Battlefield 2042”. That means you can pick up where you left off after the ten hour trial. Of course, for this purpose you have to use the Purchase the full version of “Battlefield 2042”.

“Battlefield 2042” will be launched on November 19, 2021 for PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox Series X / S and Xbox One. The game dispenses with a traditional single player campaign and instead relies on multiplayer battles that will support up to 128 players on PS5 and Xbox Series X / S.
