Qatar sends 5th shipment of food aid to the Lebanese army

A plane carrying 70 tons of food from the Amiri Air Force of the Qatari Armed Forces arrived at Rafic Hariri International Airport today. The State of Qatar has sent its fifth shipment of food aid to the sisterly Republic of Lebanon’s armed forces.

Last July, Qatar announced that it would provide 70 tons of food per month to the Lebanese army for a year. The State of Qatar was supporting and standing with the brotherly people of Lebanon as part of its efforts. It also believed in the importance and necessity of initiating Joint Arab Action.
