The State of Qatar participates in the 5th session of the United Nations Environment Assembly
In Nairobi, Kenya, the State of Qatar participated in the fifth session of the United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA-5.2).
H E Jaber bin Ali Al Dosari, the Ambassador of Qatar to the Republic of Kenya and the Permanent Representative of Qatar to the United Nations office in Nairobi, headed the Qatari delegation to the session.
Diplomats from the Embassy of Qatar to Kenya and representatives from the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MOECC) also participated in the session.
Following the fifth session of the United Nations Environment Assembly, the United Nations Environment Programme will mark its 50th anniversary.
