Lakers recover players Kent Bazemore and Austin Reaves

Lakers players Austin Reaves and Kent Bazemore exited the COVID-19 protocol but will not be able to play the Grizzlies this Wednesday, the Los Angeles Times reported.

The reason is that both pieces of the team have to fit physically to return to action in the 2021-22 NBA season.

Bazemore and Reaves are expected to be activated again for Friday’s game this week against the Portland Trail Blazers.

Wayne Ellington, another of the team’s players who was out, also recovered and will be available for the game against Memphis.

Los Angeles’ squad is 17-18 and ranked seventh in the Eastern Conference.
