Colts are mulling the idea of signing Phillip Rivers
The Colts have discussed contacting veteran free agent Philip Rivers after quarterback Carson Wentz was placed on the COVID-19 inactive list, The Athletic’s Zak Keefer reported.
Rivers was with the Colts last season, so the team’s playbook would be no stranger to him. A few months ago, he said that he did not rule out a return to the NFL, so he could certainly seduce him.
Colts need to call Philip Rivers. Have heard it’s being discussed.
