Stephen Curry is just 33 years old and already the all-time leader in 3-pointers in the NBA. The point guard of the Golden State Warriors placed another brick in his wall of success on the circuit, when he achieved this Tuesday the hit from long distance 3,000 in his career.
The point guard surpassed Ray Allen, who was the circuit’s former 3-point leader, this season with 2,973 hits. In third place is another respected shotgunner, such as Reggie Miller, with 2,560.

Among active players, James Harden is Curry’s closest pursuer, at 2,509. Third on the list is Damian Lillard with 2,134 and LeBron James with 2,034.
It wasn’t easy for Curry to hit the 3,000th triple of his career in the game against the Nuggets. He entered the game with 2,999 hits and in his first 6 pitches he missed. With 2 seconds remaining in the third quarter, the point guard was able to achieve the long-awaited basket.
