QFCA with an innovative collaboration with HEC Paris in Qatar

The Qatar Financial Centre Authority (QFCA) and HEC Paris have engaged in a corporate collaboration to help establish a dynamic and efficient business ecosystem in Qatar.

According to a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), HEC Paris in Qatar will offer its knowledge and undertake activities to assist QFCA’s growth plan, including master classes, round table talks, and webinars as well as leadership development programmes. QFCA’s areas of influence will be reflected in the school’s research and publications.

According to the agreement, workers of QFCA who enrol in HEC Paris’ Executive MBA (EMBA) and Strategic Business Unit Management Specialized Master’s degree programmes in Qatar will be eligible for reduced tuition rates (SBUM).

This MoU demonstrates QFCA’s commitment to investing in the development of local talent, recognising that human capital is one of the most important assets of Qatar and a necessary foundation in supporting the advancement of Qatar National Vision 2030 and the development of a knowledge-based economy.” said Nasser Al Taweel, Deputy CEO, Chief Legal Officer, and Board Secretary of QFCA.

As HEC Paris in Qatar’s Executive Director of Partnerships Growth, Joshua Kobb remarked, “We are grateful for the vote of confidence that these big organisations have placed in us by entrusting us to assist educate and develop their mid and senior-level executives.”
