Group B: Al Ittihad of Libya – JS Saoura of Algeria – Orlando Pirates of South Africa – JS Kabylie of Algeria or Real Leopards of the Kingdom of Eswatini

Group C: Otoho of the Congo – Al Masry Al Port Said of Egypt – Coton Sport of Cameroon – TP Mazembe of the Democratic Republic of the Congo
