Biden delays the release of a group of documents on the assassination of John F. Kennedy

The publication of a new batch of official files, which are related to the assassination of the president John F. Kennedy (1961-1963), was “temporarily” delayed due to an order from the president Joe biden.

Biden justified this measure by the “impact of the pandemic” in the work of reviewing the documents.

The president affirmed that the pandemic “had had a significant impact” on the agencies responsible for verifying the documents, for which he ordered a “continued temporary postponement.”

This new group of documents was scheduled to be revealed next week, but will now be released in two parts: the first at the end of this year, and the second at the end of 2022.
