Mike Evans could return to the Buccaneers in the final stretch of the season

Catcher Mike Evans could still return to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the final stretch of the regular season, this after improving from the leg injury that has separated him from his teammates.
Evans is being screened weekly after getting injured in the Week 15 game against the New Orleans Saints and while he’s ruled out for Week 16, the wide receiver may not have to be absent for much longer.
Bucs WR Mike Evans, who is out today with a hamstring, has a chance to return during the regular season, per source, as the hamstring issue is not considered severe. Week-to-week.

Evans’ return would be surprising given the speed of his recovery, which would be celebrated by the ‘Bucs’, who recently lost Chris Godwin for the remainder of the season.
Evans has 64 receptions, 899 yards and 11 touchdowns so far this 2021-22 NFL season.
